Breakfast Nice Cream

Ice cream for breakfast? Yes, you read it correctly and no, we're not going mad. This dairy-free smoothie bowl is thick enough to substitute real ice cream and healthy enough to eat for breakfast.

Blend together:
3 x frozen bananas
2 handfuls of frozen mango
1 serving of Aglow Super Greens or Marine Collagen
Enough liquid so everything blends together. We like to use coconut water for this. Serve in a bowl or jar with a sprinkling of coconut. Enjoy!

Go Berry Smoothie

This smoothie incorporates all of the best summer fruits, in one healthy smoothie.

Blend together:
2 handfuls of a blend of your favourite frozen berry fruit e.g. Strawberry, Raspberries
2 bananas
1 handful of kale or spinach
1 serving of Aglow Super Greens or Marine Collagen
Juice of one lemon
Coconut water
Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Green Sunshine Smoothie

This looks like your standard green smoothie but the secret ingredient gives it a kick sure to wake up any sleepy head.

Blend together:
1 cup water
2 handfuls of spinach or kale
1 orange
1 ripe banana
1" of fresh ginger
1 serving of Aglow Super Greens or Marine Collagen
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. For more of a kick, simply add more ginger.

Purifying Smoothie

This simple yet delicious smoothie is best served over ice and makes a great post-workout refreshment.

Blend together:
2 handfuls of kale or spinach
1 large banana
1 small cucumber (or half of a large cucumber)
1 serving of Aglow Super Greens or Marine Collagen
Coconut water
Blend everything together and pour over ice to feel instantly refreshed and purified.

The Other Green Smoothie

Most green smoothies are made with a heap of spinach, kale or avocado. Not this one....

Blend together:

1/2 a honeydew melon cut into pieces
1/2 cup coconut milk (almond or rice milk would also work)
1 - 2 fresh mint leaves
1 serving of Aglow Super Greens
The juice of one small lime
A drizzle of honey if melon is not super sweet (agave, maple syrup or coconut nectar would also work)
1 cup of ice
Blend everything together - ice can be hard on your blender so add it gradually if need be. Enjoy!
