Shipping & Delivery

New Zealand Orders

Aglow offers FREE overnight shipping and delivery of products on ALL subscription orders and orders over $90 within New Zealand. Otherwise we offer $6.50 FLAT rate tracked shipping across NZ, including rural addresses. This applies to physical addresses only. New Zealand orders are sent using NZ Post. Please allow an extra day for orders placed over the weekends or public holidays or for delivery to rural addresses.

We will bear the risk of loss or damage to the products until such time as they have been delivered. After this point the risk passes to the purchaser.

If we accept that a product was not delivered, or that products delivered were spoiled or damaged when delivered, we will replace the affected products or issue a refund for the amount paid for the products.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Quoted delivery times are estimates only;
  2. Delivery to rural addresses may take longer than the time indicated, and some delivery options may not be available; and
  3. To the extent permitted by law we will not be liable to you for any damages, costs or expenses of any kind, suffered or incurred by you due to the product order or subscription not being fulfilled or the products not being delivered within the anticipated.

International Orders

Australian customers can choose from NZ Post International or DHL. Both providers aim to deliver within 3-5 business days. All other international orders are sent via DHL Express. 

Australian customers who ship orders over $150 to an Australian address can enjoy free DHL Express shipping. To redeem, please include over $150 worth of Aglow products, proceed to checkout and select the free shipping option.

International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Aglow. No refunds will be issued for orders where taxes/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to placing your order.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, Aglow is not responsible for orders that have not been received due to incorrect delivery details and cannot be changed after checkout is complete. Please ensure someone will be available to sign for your order or collect it if you receive a card-to-call. Aglow cannot re-send your order outside New Zealand if your order gets returned to us due to non-delivery/non-collection.

DHL Express provides safe and fast shipping worldwide. Transit times provided in your tracking details are estimates only and delivery times may be extended due to delays such as customs, quarantine processing, freight plane schedules and demand in your region. Please track your order using the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you don’t receive an email to your inbox, please check your spam folder for tracking details.

Please contact DHL support directly to get information about your order once it has been dispatched, only contact Aglow Customer Care if your order has been deemed lost by DHL or if you have received faulty or damaged products.
