     Calm Tea - This intention setting calm tea will allow you the space to clear your mind and take a moment to breathe. Herbs lemon balm, chamomile flowers and red rose petals are naturally relaxing and produce a smooth flavour with a subtle citrus taste. To be enjoyed any time of the day.  Pregnancy safe. Breastfeeding safe.

    Lemongrass: naturally helps to soothe the mind and body by inducing the release of serotonin.

    Chamomile flowers: contains apigenin, an antioxidant that binds to certain receptors in your brain that can help promote calmness.

    Red rose petals: red rose petals can have a relaxing effect, helping to lower stress levels and encourage relaxation.

    Pyramid tea bag
    Allow one pyramid tea bag to infuse in boiling water for 3-5 + minutes. Remove the bag and serve.

    Loose leaf
    Allow 1-2 tsp of tea to infuse in near boiling water for 3-5 + minutes. Strain the tea and enjoy.
